·         gifts of real estate or other appreciated assets

·         planned gifts and bequests

·         in-kind donation of goods or services

Donations can be unrestricted and thereby applied to the clinic's greatest needs and opportunities.  For designated donations, please provide specific programs and services to which you wish to make the donation for.
